By downloading or using CashSnap, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What CashSnap Does

CashSnap is a mobile app that uses AI to identify items from photos and estimate their resale value. It also helps you list items on third-party marketplaces like eBay and Facebook Marketplace.

2. Pricing Is an Estimate

All price estimates provided by CashSnap are generated by AI based on available market data. They are estimates only — not guarantees. Actual selling prices may vary based on demand, timing, condition, and platform. CashSnap is not liable for any difference between estimated and actual sale prices.

3. Your Responsibilities

By using CashSnap, you agree to:

• Only list items you legally own and have the right to sell.
• Not list prohibited, counterfeit, illegal, or dangerous items.
• Comply with the terms of any third-party platform you list on (eBay, Facebook, etc.).
• Accurately represent the condition of your items to buyers.
• Not scan people, human body parts, or any content that would be inappropriate or illegal.

4. Third-Party Marketplaces

CashSnap connects to third-party platforms (eBay, Facebook Marketplace) to help you list items. We are not a party to any transaction made on those platforms. All sales, disputes, payments, and shipping are between you and the buyer on those platforms. CashSnap accepts no responsibility for transactions, buyer disputes, or marketplace policy violations.

5. Intellectual Property

The CashSnap app, brand, and website are owned by us. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app. Photos you scan remain yours — we only use them to provide the pricing service.

6. Subscription & Payments

CashSnap may offer paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. All billing, refunds, and payment disputes are governed by Apple's terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

CashSnap is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of income, failed sales, or damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to CashSnap at any time if you violate these terms. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings in the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
